It's easy to solve follow one of these 2 methodes

Method-1
Method 1 is simply re-install Direct X on your Computer, by re-installing Direct X all missing files can be replaced. .
Follow steps below:First of all, Uninstall the previous version of Direct X from your computer.Restart Computer.Now download Direct X from here : http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=35.
Install it and restart your computer again.Try running the game.
If still same error persist, please refer to Method 2 below.​​
Method-2
This method will solve *.dll file missing error for sure, you have to manually place each missing file in computer. Follow each step below very carefully:First of all note the error name and look for which file is missing, in my case[d3dx9_43.dll is missing from computer​].Now go to dll-files.com.Search for your missing d3dx9_43.dll file on dll-files.comNow select Manual Install and download the d3dx9_43.dll file.Unzip the downloaded file and copy d3dx9_43.dll fileYou have to paste d3dx9_43.dll file to three directories listed below:
1. C:\Windows\System32
​2. C:\Windows\System
3. Games Directory (Folder) ("C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\South Park – The Stick of Truth​") | (Yours might be different).Repeat each step above for every.dll error occurs.Note: You might get many other error like xinput1_3.dll, d3dx9_43.dll​, d3dx9_26.dll​, etc is missing from your computer. All you have to is to follow Method 2 and repeat each step for all missing files.
